The ScanPro 2000 is now in use in many academic, research, and public libraries; federal, state, and local government installations, and company offices around the world. Click on a logo to see what our customers are saying about the ScanPro 2000 performance and reliability:

"The ScanPro is very user friendly, the ScanPro makes it possible for us to make our scans quickly and easily"
-Jessica Horvast, American Library Association

"The ScanPro is a solid, versatile performer for our public library. The software (PowerScan™) excels at making it easy for our patrons to quickly and efficiently complete their genealogy and local history look-ups on any of our film types (35mm, 16mm, and fiche). The ‘What-You-See-Is-What-You-Get’ feature is simply marvelous. It makes everything so much easier and faster when printing, saving to USB, and CDs. We have tried other equipment and this is the best."
-Ann Marie Harris, Senior Technician, Berkshire Athenaeum Public Library

"We have had seven ScanPro 1000s for two and a half years and they are excellent for scanning all microforms, including microcards. Our patrons have taken to them readily and they are busy constantly. I added three 2000s to our holdings about a year ago and have just purchased one more (2/2010). They are unequaled for ease of operation, versatility, image quality, and they are compact, and allow image manipulation on-screen and spot image clarification. Images are saved in most formats, they can be emailed, printed, downloaded to USB drives. Our patrons now won't touch our (other equipment) that we have had for about four years."
-Howard Bybee, Brigham Young University

"Best microfilm equipment we've ever had. The ScanPro is easy to use and provides powerful features for working with all microfilm types quickly and efficiently."
-Sandra Garstang, Cal Tech

"We have a total of three ScanPro 2000s. One is used for research and two are used by both faculty and students (these two units have the AUTO-Scan capability to automatically scan roll film). The ScanPro units are easy to use and have powerful features for working effectively with all of the information stored on microfilm."
-Sarah Tischer Scully, Media Collections Specialist, Darthmouth College

We have looked at all of the alternative equipment and the ScanPro is the best. People will wait in line to use the ScanPro and don't want to use anything else."
-Bud Hughes, LDS Church

"So many feature/benefits, we evaluated other products, the ScanPro is the best"
-Marcia Goring, Florida State University

"The ScanPro is so simple to use and a rugged design for public use"
-Johns Hopkins University

"Amazing features! Ability to use poor film and make it readable using the What-You-See-Is-What You-Get editing is outstanding."
-Colleen Burlingham, Princeton University

"Great design, well built, high quality product."
-Gerard Drinkard, Rutgers University

"Easy to use for students downloading microfilm to electronic format. We use the ScanPro for both single image scanning and for automatically scanning images on roll film using the AUTO-Scan feature."
-Stanford University Law Library

"Outstanding! Simple and easy to use. The large graphical buttons on the tool bar are very intuitive, you just don't have to tell people how to use them."
-Shay Foley, Vassar College

"We love the quality of the scans, it is so easy to use, so much better than anything else we have tried. The capability to customize the tool bar and to recall settings as templates makes it possible to serve a wide variety of patrons and microform applications."
-Lori Bessler, Wisconsin Historical Society

"The low cost of maintenance is amazing!"
-Paul Trumphour, Toronto Public Library

We are very pleased with the ScanPro's overall perform ace.  To date we have had the opportunity to utilize all of its capabilities.  In our business we deal with very old prints of machine parts, some material is distorted and difficult to read.  The ScanPro is a great improvement to the equipment we were previously using.  In particular, because it not only allows us to view the material, but we now have the capability to save it in a database for quick retrieval when needed again, and are able to e-mail a print (in PDF format) regardless of it's size.  This expedites our process, especially when we are working with larger 8-1/2" X 11" size prints which could not be faxed and had to be mailed."
- Ursula Cassin -- Customer Service Representative, Silgan Containers Corporation

"The ScanPro has proven to be a technological advance over legacy systems which only allow user to view fiche or negatives.  Even though we no longer use fiche for archiving documents and drawings, it's reassuring to know we have the ability to access historical information and to easily create a paper and pdf image."
- Ed Scheufele -- Ameren Corporation

"The ScanPro has improved the way we process microfiche, we can now clean up images that where previously unreadable.  We can now e-mail information to requesters and print or enlarge the image seen on screen with great simplicity."
- Bernice Fergusen -- Northwestern University, Kellogg School or Management
